باب جَوَازِ التَّمَتُّعِ
Sahih Muslim 1224 c
Abu Dharr (Allah be pleased with him) said
Two are the Mut'as which were not permissible but only for us, i. e. temporary marriage with women and Tamattu' in Hajj.وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ رضى الله عنه لاَ تَصْلُحُ الْمُتْعَتَانِ إِلاَّ لَنَا خَاصَّةً . يَعْنِي مُتْعَةَ النِّسَاءِ وَمُتْعَةَ الْحَجِّ .
